Tropic Aquarius is based in Hawaii. Some pieces are screen printed and shipped here; others are made to order and shipped by our fulfillment partners on the U.S. mainland and in Europe.

⏱ Processing time

• Hawaii screen-printed items: Allow up to one week before shipping.

• Partner-fulfilled items: Typically ship in about 3 business days.

Delivery time is additional. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Any item-specific processing times are noted on the product page.

📦 Shipping & tracking

Free shipping on domestic U.S. orders over $50. Other shipping rates are shown at checkout.

We’ll email your tracking information when your order ships. Items may arrive in separate packages from different locations, with tracking for each shipment.

🌍 International orders

We ship internationally - available destinations and shipping options appear at checkout.

If your item arrives defective or misprinted, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll request photos and arrange a refund for the defective item. Please contact us before returning anything.
